The relaxation exercises in this application have been created based on the many years of medical experience of special needs education teacher, music therapist and physiotherapist Mgr. Markéta Gerlichová, Ph.D. Variants of the exercises in this application have been modified so that every user can use them independently in the home environment for the purposes of relaxation, relief of tension and reduction of prolonged stress in everyday life. The musical accompaniment, which was recorded specifically for each task in the course of the authentic music therapy sessions, helps to induce a state of relaxation. This state is induced through simple relaxation exercises with a focus on concentrated awareness of the body. Relaxation is advantageous in the long-term when practiced at least once a day, six days a week.
